جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل و يرمز لها ب سما هي منظمة مستقلة و غير ربحية مقرها مدينة صفرو، المغرب. تتاسس جمعية سما بادارة مجموعة من الفاعلين من مختلف الاختصاصات بهدف المساهمة في خلق حركة ثقافية و فنية تستمد جوهرها من المدينة القديمة لصفرو و تشرك في بنائها فاعلين محليين ، وطنيين و عالميين
وصف المهمة والمؤهلات المطلوبة
تفتح جمعية سما – جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل – باب الترشيح امام مساعد مسير مشروع لتعزيز فريقها الذي سيعمل على تنفيذ مشروع للفن والمسرح التشاركي في مدينة صفرو خلال الثلاث أشهر القادمة (نونبر – دجنبر – يناير).
يتعين على مساعد مسير المشروع تقديم الدعم للفريق التقني والإداري والسهر على المشاركة في تنظيم وتنسيق جميع أنشطة المشروع (بما في ذلك: الورشات، الاجتماعات المحلية، اجتماعات فريق العمل، والأنشطة الفنية الكبرى في المشروع). يتعين على مساعد المشروع المشاركة أيضا في إدارة مكتب الجمعية والعمل مباشرة مع مدير ومسير المشروع على انتاج خطط العمل، تحديد أولويات الاشتغال وسيرها والمساهمة في انتاج التقارير الأدبية والمالية الشهرية
يتطلب هذا المنصب مرشحا لديه اهتمام بالتعددية الثقافية، بالفنون وبالثقافة وقادرا أيضا على العمل ضمن فريق متنوع وتحت ظروف مختلفة. يجب أيضا ان يتمتع المترشح بمهارات تواصلية جيدة، بالقدرة على تحقيق النتائج المتوخاة من العمل مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار التأثير المتوخى منها بالإضافة الى التمتع بالرغبة في التعلم وتطوير الذات من خلال هذا المشروع. على المترشح أيضا ان يتمتع بخبرة في العمل مع المنظمات الغير حكومية.

Summary
Locations – Sefrou, Morocco. On-site presence is mandatory.
Duration – 3 months. (Beginning November 2021 – end January 2022)
Level of Effort – Full time Salary –Negotiable
Background
SAMA is a non-profit, independent organization based in Sefrou, Morocco. Our notion was initially created by Culture Vultures, an arts and cultural organization with 12 years of programming experience coming from the heart of Sefrou. Now SAMA is founded autonomously by a group of multidisciplinary members. Our mission is to co-create a cultural and arts movement in Sefrou’s old city, all the while engaging local, national and international communities. The vision: to co-develop Sefrou’s old city socially, environmentally and economically using art as a powerful and inspiring tool for dialogue.
Mission description and role qualifications
The project assistant is required to provide support for the technical and administrative teams in the organization and coordination of project activities (workshops, local meetings, regular team meet-ups and in the organization of the main community event). The assistant is also required to contribute in running SAMA’s local office and in working directly under the project director and project manager to produce monthly working-plans, defining running orders and producing monthly descriptive and financial reports.
This position requires a responsible team player who has an interest in multiculturalism, arts and culture and who has the ability to work effectively and flexibly with a diverse team and under different situations and circumstances. The assistant must also have excellent communication skills, keenness to match results and impact and a desire for personal and professional growth and development. An experience in working with NGOs is preferred.
