خلفية الجمعية
جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل و يرمز لها ب سما هي منظمة مستقلة و غير ربحية مقرها مدينة صفرو، المغرب. تتاسس جمعية سما بادارة مجموعة من الفاعلين من مختلف الاختصاصات بهدف المساهمة في خلق حركة ثقافية و فنية تستمد جوهرها من المدينة القديمة لصفرو و تشرك في بنائها فاعلين محليين ، وطنيين و عالميين
وصف المهمة والمؤهلات المطلوبة
تفتح جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل باب الترشح امام فنان (ة) جداريات محترف للقيام بإنشاء جدارية ذات جودة عالية بمدينة صفرو. على المترشحين التمتع بمستوى عال من المهارات الفنية و القدرة على التواصل مع الساكنة المحلية و الاستلهام من قصصهم و تجاربهم.
يتطلب الدور زيارة مدينة صفرو عدة مرات خلال شهر دجنبر قبل التنفيذ النهائي للعمل الفني في نهاية السنة
المشروع
سيساهم البرنامج في خلق مشروع فني متكامل يتمثل في افتتاح مساق فني مستوحى من مدينة صفرو و موجه لها
يتيح هذا المشروع الفني لممارسي فن الجداريات فرصة العمل جنبًا إلى جمعية سما في إنشاء لوحة جدارية لتقديمها في قلب مدينة صفرو القديمة بالإضافة الى الاستفادة من حملة إعلانية و تواصلية وطنية.
بدعم من جمعية سما و ميسريها المجتمعيين سيضم هذا المشروع انجاز ورشات، لقاءات و أنشطة مع الساكنة المحلية للمدينة القديمة. في هذا الاطار سيستفيد المترشح من الصلات المحلية القوية لسما مع الساكنة المحلية و من خبرة المسيرين المجتمعيين. لتقوية المشروع الفني المقدم و استجابته لتطلعات الساكن، سيعمل المترشح جنبا الى جنب مع الميسرين المجتمعيين و جمعية فنية محلية مختصة في مجال الجداريات

Background
SAMA is a non-profit, independent organization based in Sefrou, Morocco. Our notion was initially created by Culture Vultures, an arts and cultural organization with 12 years of programming experience coming from the heart of Sefrou. Now SAMA is founded autonomously by a group of multidisciplinary members. Our mission is to co-create a cultural and arts movement in Sefrou’s old city, all the while engaging local, national and international communities. The vision: to co-develop Sefrou’s old city socially, environmentally and economically using art as a powerful and inspiring tool for dialogue.
Mission description and role qualifications
SAMA announces its open call for applications for a Moroccan professional practicing mural artist with a high level of artistic skills and good communications. The role requires the artist to visit Sefrou, several times in December before the final execution of the artwork at the end of the year.
The Project
Elements combine to create a cohesive proposal for a performing arts project and the inaugural phase of a site-specific public art route in and around the Sefrou medina. This mural project offers a public-art practitioner the chance to work alongside, SAMA in co-creating a mural to be presented in the heart of the old city of Sefrou alongside a digital visibility campaign. With the support of SAMA, its strong medina relationships and community facilitators the medium to large scale mural, an element to a bigger project, includes community engagement workshops and exploration into Sefrous multicultural heritage.
Resources, local connections and cultural immersion are strengths intangible to this project. The visiting artist will work alongside SAMA, a local mural association and community facilitators.
