جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل و يرمز لها ب سما هي منظمة مستقلة و غير ربحية مقرها مدينة صفرو، المغرب. تتاسس جمعية سما بادارة مجموعة من الفاعلين من مختلف الاختصاصات بهدف المساهمة في خلق حركة ثقافية و فنية تستمد جوهرها من المدينة القديمة لصفرو و تشرك في بنائها فاعلين محليين ، وطنيين و عالميين
وصف المهمة والمؤهلات المطلوبة
دعوة لمخرج مسرحي مغربي ديناميكي ومبدع لمشروع مسرح مجتمعي متوسط المدى مع جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل (سما) في صفرو
يتطلب الدور قيادة مسرح تشاركي ومعاصر مع تلامذة السلك الإعدادي على مدى 3 أشهر بدءا من نونبر. سيطلب من مدير المسرح العمل حضوريا على الأقل مرة كل أسبوعين والعمل عن قرب مع الميسرين والقادة المحليين المشاركين بالبرنامج. يتعين على المخرج المشاركة أيضا في انتاج عرض قصير سيتم تقديمه للجمهور في نهاية يناير 2022.يتطلب هذا الدور مخرجا مسرحيا ذي خبرة في المسرح الاجتماعي التشاركي ويتمتع بمهارات قيادية جيدة وأساليب إبداعية ومعاصرة. يتطلب المشروع مخرجا مسرحيا لديه خبرة في. يجب على المخرج أيضا ان يتمتع بالقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متنوع ان يكون له مهارات تواصلية جيدة بالإضافة الى أي خبرة سابقة في العمل في مشاريع إبداعية مع الشباب

CALL OUT for a dynamic and creative Moroccan theater director for a mid-term community theater project with Sefrou Association for Mutltidisciplinary Arts, ( SAMA ) in Sefrou. The role requires leading a participatory and contemporary approach to a community theater project with young teenagers over a period of 3 months, starting early November. The theater directors will be required to visit Sefrou every fortnight, working closely with community leaders and facilitators, co creating a short piece that will be presented to the public at the end of January 2022.
SAMA is a non-profit, independent organization based in Sefrou, Morocco. Our notion was initially created by Culture Vultures, an arts and cultural organization with 12 years of programming experience coming from the heart of Sefrou. Now SAMA is founded autonomously by a group of multidisciplinary members. Our mission is to co-create a cultural and arts movement in Sefrou’s old city, all the while engaging local, national and international communities. The vision: to co-develop Sefrou’s old city socially, environmetally and economically using art as a powerful and inspiring tool for dialogue.
The project requires a practictioner with experience in participatory social theater with good leadership skills and creative and contemporary approaches. Central to the production of the project is a team spirit matched with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Experience with projects involving youth is a plus.
