خلفية الجمعية
جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل و يرمز لها ب سما هي منظمة مستقلة و غير ربحية مقرها مدينة صفرو، المغرب. تتاسس جمعية سما بادارة مجموعة من الفاعلين من مختلف الاختصاصات بهدف المساهمة في خلق حركة ثقافية و فنية تستمد جوهرها من المدينة القديمة لصفرو و تشرك في بنائها فاعلين محليين ، وطنيين و عالميين
وصف المهمة والمؤهلات المطلوبة
تفتح جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل باب الترشيح امام مدرب(ة) متمرس في إدارة الورشات حول التعددية الثقافية وحول تيسير اللقاءات والتداريب. يتضمن الجدول إدارة ورشة (او أكثر) لفائدة فريق عمل الجمعية وذلك خلال شهر دجنبر.
ستساهم هذه الورشات في تعزيز قدرات الفريق على التعامل وفقا لاحتياجات الفئات المختلفة التي سيستهدفها البرنامج والى التعرف بشكل أعمق على أدوات تيسير الحوار البين-ثقافي وأهميته في خلق التماسك الاجتماعي.
المشروع
تفتخر جمعية صفرو للفنون متعددة المناهل بالإعلان عن شروعها في انجاز اول برامجها الاجتماعية و ذلك في اطار برنامج منحة الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية لفائدة الأقليات الدينية والعرقية الذي تشرف على تنفيذه مؤسسة الاطلس الكبير.
في هذا البرنامج، ستعمل سما على استثمار خبراتها في تسيير المشاريع المجتمعية التي اكتسبتها خلال 12 سنة من تواجدها في قلب مدينة صفرو وذلك بالأساس من خلال تجميع، ارشفة، حفظ، ونقل الذاكرة الجماعية التاريخية للتعددية الثقافية في صفرو. كل هذا سيكون باعتماد الفن – المسرح التشاركي والرسم- كأدوات لفتح باب الحوار المجتمعي حول التعددية الثقافية وأيضا للعمل على تعزيز مهارات الجمعيات المحلية وانتاج وسائط تعليمية جديدة بالإضافة الى تشجيع الساكنة الصفريوية في مقاربة تشاركية على مقاسمة قصصهم وذكرياتهم حول الثقافات التي شكلت ماضي المدينة وإعادة احيائها في عقول الأجيال الناشئة. من خلال تجميع هذه القصص، ستعمل سما على انجاز جدارية داخل الحي اليهودي ” الملاح” وعرض نهائي لختم المشروع.
يضم فريق عمل الجمعية مسؤولي تسيير المشروع، مدرسين، فناني محترفين، ميسرين مجتمعيين بالإضافة الى فاعلين ثقافيين محليين ووطنيين.

Background
SAMA is a non-profit, independent organization based in Sefrou, Morocco. Our notion was initially created by Culture Vultures, an arts and cultural organization with 12 years of programming experience coming from the heart of Sefrou. Now SAMA is founded autonomously by a group of multidisciplinary members. Our mission is to co-create a cultural and arts movement in Sefrou’s old city, all the while engaging local, national and international communities. The vision: to co-develop Sefrou’s old city socially, environmentally and economically using art as a powerful and inspiring tool for dialogue.
Mission description and role qualifications
SAMA is currently seeking a Moroccan or international trainer to capacity build project team members on Intercultural dialogue and facilitation training. The process of intercultural dialogue is a key element towards intercultural and cross-cultural cohesion and are hence central to our team of facilitators and educators and to the project’s impact.
SAMA is currently calling out for an experienced, intercultural dialogue trainer that will empower and engage volunteers and trainers. The schedule involves one or two in-person training sessions over the months of December in Sefrou.
The Project
The project team being assembled includes project managers, local educators, professional practising artists, community facilitators and local and national cultural players. Capacity building, skills sharing and community cohesion are all important aspects to this project.
We aim to engage in a grass-roots approach with the medina community to share stories and memories and to revive them in the minds of younger generations. A final show will conclude the project bringing together the mural art and the theatre element in a professional public arts spectacle. A comprehensive communication strategy will be carried out that carries the story of the region‘s multicultural heritage to a broader audience.
